WHERE DO I RECEIVE MY WRISTBAND FROM ? After booking your ticket on our website, simply come to our desk situated outside Tiger Tiger at Piccadilly Circus to get your ticket scanned and to receive your wristband. Our desk is open every Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 10pm and 1am.
HOW LONG IS MY WRISTBAND VALID FOR ? Your wristband is valid for 1 night (the night you chose). From 10pm until 3am. You must enter the venues before 1am. Venues won't let you in for free, even with your wristband, after 1am.
WHAT ARE THE DISCOUNTS ON DRINKS ? When you'll show your wristband to a bartender, you'll get huge discounts on drinks all night. You can order as many drinks as you wish. Venues offer different deals. Please check the venues pages on our website to know what are those deals.
HOW MANY VENUES CAN I GO TO IN 1 NIGHT ? You can go to 1 venue or to all of them ! But please remember that you must enter in the venues before 1am. You might also not be able to go to the same venue twice during the night. This is due to the fact your ID will be scanned at the door and can't be scanned twice in the same night.
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE ? Casual is fine. So trainers, jeans and t-shirts are fine. Of course you are welcome to dress to impress. No sportswear, sweatpants or sports team jerseys are allowed.
WHAT IF I FORGOT MY ID ? You must have a valid physical ID to get in Central London bars/clubs. No ID = No entry ! There will be no refund if you don't have a valid ID with you.
WHAT IF I FINALLY CAN'T COME ? We sorry to hear that. But no problem. Let us know in advance and we will reschedule your 1 day pass to another night. We don't refund tickets.

HOW LONG IS MY WRISTBAND VALID FOR ? Your wristband is valid from the day you come to pick it up at our stand until May, 31st 2024 included.

CAN I TAKE THE WRISTBAND OFF ? This is a secured festival style wristband. You won't be able to take it off unless you break it. But keep it on, it looks great ! If can always exchange your wristband for a new one at our desk if needed (it costs £2).
CAN I CHANGE MY WRISTBAND FOR A NEW ONE ? If your wristband is too dirty or damaged, you can come to our desk in Piccadilly Circus and trade your wristband for a new one. It will cost you £2. You must bring you wristband with you to exchange it.
